The customer must identify the authorised decision-maker and provide lawful, clear instructions for destinations, donations, sale or disposal.
Packing and handover
Do Not Pack items and exclusions are confirmed before work begins. We prepare belongings for collection but do not provide transport.
Cancellations, payment and concerns
Applicable payment, cancellation and liability terms are confirmed with the accepted quote. Contact us promptly about any concern so it can be reviewed.
